Jade giant African land snails (Lissachatina fulica) available for sale!!! When mature, they reach 12 to 18 cm in length. Giant African land snails are simultaneous hermaphrodites, meaning every single individual possesses both male and female reproductive organs at the same time. They are characterised by a dark-coloured, conical shell that contrasts with a pale, cream- or ivory-coloured soft body. Jade giant African land snails have a lifespan of around 4 to 6 years with proper care. Their diet consists of fresh fruits and vegetables, a small amount of protein, calcium, and decaying organic matter. Originating from East Africa, they need an ambient temperature of 21-25°C and, in a warm area, should be kept away from direct sunlight and draughts. They will need to be sprayed with water to maintain humidity. A care sheet will be provided that I have personally completed to ensure they have the best care possible :)
