Delivery & Returns

Shipping Information

Order Processing:

Orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Live animals are dispatched promptly.


Delivery Options:
•     Standard UK Delivery: 2–3 business days, free on orders over £25.
•     Express UK Delivery: 1 business day, £5.95.
•    Live animals and live food are only available for UK delivery.
•     Notifications: You will be notified when your order has been dispatched.

•     Couriers may provide tracking updates directly.

Restrictions:

We cannot deliver animals outside mainland UK and certain products may not be shipped to remote areas.

Returns & Refunds:
•     Dry Goods: May be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
•     Live Animals: Cannot be returned unless covered by our Live Arrival Guarantee.
•     Live Food: Non‑returnable for hygiene and welfare reasons.


Live Arrival Guarantee:
•     We guarantee that all live animals arrive in good condition.
•     If your animal arrives injured or deceased, notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. That being said, insects may arrive without antennae or legs and, as indicated on the product page, these may regenerate and so missing legs or antennae are excluded do not qualify as being injured for the purposes of our guarantee
•     We will offer either a replacement or a full refund, depending on availability.


Refunds & Exchanges:
•     Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days to your original payment method.
•     Shipping costs are non‑refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrectly supplied.
•     Exchanges are available for dry goods only, subject to stock availability.


How to Return:
•     Contact us at biomebombs@gmail.com or 07495 508547 with your order number and reason for return.
•     We will provide instructions and a return address. Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item was faulty.


Exceptions:
•     Sale items are non‑refundable unless faulty or qualify for our above guarantee.
•     We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above.

Customer Rights:
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
